Villa Gordiani's Natã de Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabrizio Melfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Palm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Fredric Klint shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Melfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaspar Leheren was a little too slow when Dennis Stumpo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fredric Klint was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Villa Gordiani's Natã de Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaspar Leheren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 56th minute Villa Gordiani were awarded a corner. Linus Blomqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Villa Gordiani's corner Linus Blomqvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gaspar Leheren quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã de Salles in the 59th minute of play forced BENA FK's goalkeeper Gaspar Leheren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natã de Salles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaspar Leheren having to make a save. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Fabrizio Melfi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the BENA FK defense, Natã de Salles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaspar Leheren. The BENA FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaspar Leheren should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Natã de Salles notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of BENA FK's Gaspar Leheren. Gaspar Leheren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dennis Stumpo's late challenge caught a BENA FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Stumpo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Villa Gordiani's Dennis Stumpo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Villa Gordiani had won after a very even match.
