John Paul Edworthy scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fiz Umpanera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Clive Blake successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Jake Ellison fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dorking United FC's protests and gave Jake Ellison a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dorking United FC! 31 minutes into the match, Doug Lovell notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of MetalGarurumon F.C's Fiz Umpanera. Fiz Umpanera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th match minute, MetalGarurumon F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eladio Sotillo to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Dale Murphy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fiz Umpanera. MetalGarurumon F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dale Murphy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Paul Edworthy in the 42nd minute of play forced MetalGarurumon F.C's goalkeeper Fiz Umpanera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anaya Ledrado made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Dorking United FC's John Paul Edworthy got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 55 minutes, Gillermo Soliz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MetalGarurumon F.C and the Dorking United FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gillermo Soliz hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match.
