In the 6th minute of the match, Fellipe Lago tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iwan Banaszak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fábio Messias took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Trigo. Edgar Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 11th match minute, Barrenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Arruda to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Edgar Trigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iwan Banaszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Tastzian in the 13th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Aníbal Cerezo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Aníbal Cerezo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. With a little luck, £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s Iwan Banaszak got control of the ball when Agustín Tastzian tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Charles Tunström hit a great ball. Barrenta SC's Edgar Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Fliz in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute Fábio Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 played minutes Barrenta SC got a freekick which was hit by Nariman Mansourian. After the first half £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agustín Tastzian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cecilio Fliz got free with Edgar Trigo in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgar Trigo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 57th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fábio Messias got free with Edgar Trigo in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Agustín Tastzian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barrenta SC made a substitution. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Dinamite in the 83rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Barrenta SC defense, Roberto Dinamite kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgar Trigo. The Barrenta SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Trigo should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Edgar Trigo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Damian Diegotxe let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 90th minute shot 1-7 at rihgt post. The crowd rose to their feet as Roberto Dinamite kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgar Trigo. That made the score 1-8 in the 93 minute of play. The Barrenta SC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™'s performance. The match ended with a win for £øs ρєłαdєirøs ®™.
