The referee ignored Caveira FC Rondoniense's protests and gave Diego Jakue a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Palestra do Interior booed when Caveira FC Rondoniense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Jakue didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

With a little luck, Caveira FC Rondoniense's Luizão Vargas got control of the ball when Percival Cruz tried to sneak it across the goal line.
