Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Thunderstorm Riders's Jerzy Mielak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kudret Tüzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Thunderstorm Riders's Koti Kot. But to his dismay, Koti Kot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Thunderstorm Riders's Kudret Tüzer got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Thunderstorm Riders's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Arkadiusz Barciniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arkadiusz Barciniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Zhuang Tian Kun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kudret Tüzer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Marco Day skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 34th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Barciniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 minutes, Koby Fletcher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the USA and the Thunderstorm Riders players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Thunderstorm Riders booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Koby Fletcher didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Resel came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Barciniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Resel in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Almir Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Koti Kot to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Kudret Tüzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Kudret Tüzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of USA booed when Thunderstorm Riders was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Barciniak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Monty Rogers went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koti Kot in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute Koti Kot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Thunderstorm Riders's zone, Edward Mcdonald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arkadiusz Barciniak came out of the goal and Edward Mcdonald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thunderstorm Riders's Daniel Houseman was substituted for Kudret Tüzer. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Houseman, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Arkadiusz Barciniak in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 82nd minute of play forced Thunderstorm Riders's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Barciniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Arkadiusz Barciniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 85th minute of play. Arkadiusz Barciniak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 88th minute. Arkadiusz Barciniak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacob May in the 89th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. USA were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
