The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Géza Tímár came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 9th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferenc Szőllőssy in the 10th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krisztián Bartha, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Krisztián Bartha in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Miguel Miralles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Fülöp Magos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fülöp Magos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertold Gyurkovics sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Tomas Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute Krisztián Bartha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krisztián Bartha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olivér Bagi in the 57th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olivér Bagi during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Barrios was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Panama fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! The referee gave TUSE a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ferenc Szőllőssy, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. 4-0. In the 73rdth minute of the game Olivér Bagi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Berganza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Fülöp Magos made a huge save. After 80 minutes, Felipe Ros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panama and the TUSE players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of TUSE booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Géza Tímár made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Tomas Berganza hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The supporters of TUSE booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. TUSE's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
