Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) JFSP's Baykal Yanal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Baykal Yanal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baykal Yanal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Moisés Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Novaes having to interfere. Baykal Yanal might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baykal Yanal ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of JFSP booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurício Pires hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Baykal Yanal notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JFSP's Baykal Yanal got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With 38 minutes on the clock, Jonathan Venegas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! Baykal Yanal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Baykal Yanal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Baykal Yanal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Patricio Costa made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baykal Yanal in the 53rd minute of play. Maurício Pires charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurício Pires the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 71 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave JFSP a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cenap İğdemir, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 5-0. JFSP's Roberto Pato was substituted for Baykal Yanal. A nice corner shot did that Cenap İğdemir got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 88 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JFSP the free kick. After 88 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roberto Pato's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Maurício Pires hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moisés Novaes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Roberto Pato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
