In the 12thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but io.dasola's Alisson Becker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciccio Colagrossi's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciccio Colagrossi helped the player get up and apologised. Ciccio Colagrossi kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The throw-in from Camilo Gaos in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by io.dasola's Robert Kornasiewicz. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rupertas Daužvardis during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to io.dasola getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Rupertas Daužvardis hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Kornasiewicz in the 32nd minute of the match. Alisson Becker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Alisson Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Fabiano Casiraghi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. io.dasola's Robert Kornasiewicz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylwester Kolano, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Sylwester Kolano charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Guillermo Mariano made in the 94th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tomas Illescas however managed to control. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The io.dasola fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
