Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Clemente Ciano started the match with the kick off. Lino Dunixi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Dunixi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Dunixi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Nippur de Lagash 2 getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Osvaldo Palben hit a great ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nippur de Lagash 2's Lino Dunixi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lino Dunixi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Primitivo Panfilo fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nippur de Lagash 2's protests and gave Primitivo Panfilo a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Nippur de Lagash 2 got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Panfilo. Lino Dunixi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Primitivo Panfilo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th match minute, Nippur de Lagash 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Ur to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Nippur de Lagash 2's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Lino Dunixi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Vinicio Kinsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Lino Dunixi. Nippur de Lagash 2's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The Nippur de Lagash 2 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nippur de Lagash 2's Lino Dunixi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Nippur de Lagash 2 from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lino Dunixi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Agustín Saelices slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lino Dunixi. That made the score 0-5 after 59 minutes of play. Lino Dunixi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 64th minute of the match. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 65th minute. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Lino Dunixi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Lino Dunixi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita scored 0-6 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lino Dunixi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lino Dunixi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lino Dunixi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 minutes, Rafael Cisco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nippur de Lagash 2 and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes Nippur de Lagash 2 got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Ciano. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Dunixi having to interfere. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Lino Dunixi made a huge save. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Agustín Saelices reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lino Dunixi. The goal made the score 0-7. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Dunixi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. The Nippur de Lagash 2 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
