Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habil Castolo in the 55th minute of the match. After 56 played minutes the xeneise dream team got a freekick which was hit by Arda Ardashov. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Eutor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, the xeneise dream team's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Vinicio Aires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca Rouco hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Vinicio Aires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Vinicio Aires was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joel Gaona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 95 minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mexico eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
