Brian Fumey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milagros Fraga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Florent Blanc in the 10th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Brian Fumey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of the match. Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Florent Blanc in the 13 minute of the game. After some careless play in the Roncourt defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brian Fumey. The Roncourt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brian Fumey should have stopped the shot. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Marc Kazmierczak in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Roncourt's Thierry Lhermite sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thierry Lhermite got free with Rolando Noboa in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Florent Blanc in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. J.P. Kapar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 39 minutes into the game, Marouane Kiefer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roncourt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. The supporters of Peru booed when Roncourt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marouane Kiefer didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 41st minute of play forced Roncourt's goalkeeper Brian Fumey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Peru's Eliseo Mina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brian Fumey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 45th minute J.P. Kapar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Peru were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and J.P. Kapar made a kick off. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jean-Marc Kazmierczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Brian Fumey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Roncourt's goalkeeper Brian Fumey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Roncourt's Judas Bricaud got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Roncourt made a substitution. Léon Cailleaux replaced Jean-Marc Kazmierczak. In the 63rd match minute, Roncourt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Judas Bricaud to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Roncourt getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. 忠 杨浩克 hit a great ball. Judas Bricaud hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Julian Murillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Brian Fumey made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Julian Murillo took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Brian Fumey to make any attempt to save it. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru played a much better game than Roncourt and deserved their victory. The Roncourt players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
