Jan Wessel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 4th minute of the match. The Underdogs's Jan Wessel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Gerardo Pozo hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Boelens came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dolf Schoonderwoerd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dolf Schoonderwoerd's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Jan Wessel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego had great luck who in the 21stth minute grab hold of the ball when Robin Boelens from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The Underdogs were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ed Palsma took the corner. The corner ended in Ed Palsma almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chile's Thiago Pliego did a great save. The Underdogs's Jan Wessel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustin Hațegan. The Underdogs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ed Palsma in the 28th minute. The Underdogs's Ed Palsma was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thiago Pliego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 31 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Jan Wessel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego was a little too slow when Robin Boelens got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-0. 34 minutes into the game, André Luiz Linares threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chile's Pedro Indiano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Emil Kyurpanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Wessel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, The Underdogs's Fernan Arixo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustin Hațegan, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robin Boelens to strike the kick off in the second half. Mariano Lacasa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Jan Wessel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Boelens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Casaus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Wessel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that The Underdogs's Jan Wessel managed to reach the ball for a save. Piearres Olalla charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Robin Boelens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Underdogs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 82nd minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Jan Wessel. The Underdogs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chile eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
