After taking down the ball on GARGOYLES's corner Slavyan Mechkuev fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. Ignacio Alvarez came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pedro Manzanares could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Ignacio Alvarez took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Pedro Manzanares to make any attempt to save it. 14 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nayden Vúlev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ignacio Alvarez came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. Nayden Vúlev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nayden Vúlev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. GARGOYLES's Nayden Vúlev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 62nd minute of play. Axel Montenegro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nayden Vúlev came out and tried to block the shot, but Axel Montenegro slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 65th minute. In the 88th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nayden Vúlev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
