Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Julian Murillo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roneixon Siqueira in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute, Roneixon Siqueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espigão Steamrollers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Peru booed when Espigão Steamrollers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kara Bhattacharya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 18th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Milagros Fraga immediately put the ball in play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Espigão Steamrollers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Roneixon Siqueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Gonçalo de Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Milagros Fraga sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Espigão Steamrollers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gonçalo de Medeiros quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The throw-in from Leandro Gil in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 56th minute, Ulisses Aparecido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Gonçalo de Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goalkeeper Gonçalo de Medeiros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luz Tejedor. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Gonçalo de Medeiros despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Gonçalo de Medeiros made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Roneixon Siqueira came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Gonçalo de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Espigão Steamrollers's Ángel Romero got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute of the game Thorstein Heinsmann made a throw-in which Leandro Gil played forward. In the 89th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo de Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Rafael Gallo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Gallo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gonçalo de Medeiros was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Eliseo Mina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliseo Mina really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
