In the 6th minute, Teobald Liermann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Smile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Teobald Liermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Smile's Bruno Barrett threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Witalis Kalemba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 12 minutes Curacao's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tadeusz Lichucki who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Szymon Dropinski managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Troy Kennedy during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Troy Kennedy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Witalis Kalemba scored 2-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Troy Kennedy got his second yellow card in the match during the 21st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Troy Kennedy hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Tadeusz Lichuckis short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Bruno Barrett to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Tadeusz Lichucki tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Teobald Liermann dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett, 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Norbert Trzaskoma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Norbert Trzaskoma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 37 minutes, Lochlan Newman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Smile players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Lochlan Newman hit a great ball. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Witalis Kalemba in the 41st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stanley Wallace stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Teobald Liermann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Witalis Kalemba struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smile. Norbert Trzaskoma took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Tadeusz Lichucki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Witalis Kalemba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Smile's supporters rose to their feet, but Witalis Kalemba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Stanley Wallace came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Curacao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanley Wallace couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Witalis Kalemba made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. After 73 minutes of play, Smile's Norbert Trzaskoma made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Witalis Kalemba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Lichucki in the 80th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Zbyszek Milko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michal Musial fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobald Liermann in the 86th minute of play. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeusz Lichucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Lichucki in the 92nd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Michal Musial made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. When the referee ended the match the Smile players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
