Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. Flavio Echart hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Heros Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Tafalla in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Deportivo Cuenca's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Heros Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Quiros was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 7 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Deportivo Cuenca:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Honduras:s goal. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heros Viana. Heros Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heros Viana having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 25th minute, Villarreal Melon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valentín Carvallo charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentín Carvallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Valentín Carvallo hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Deportivo Cuenca's Tobias Hedbom tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Esteban Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Hedbom in the 41st minute. Flavio Echart charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flavio Echart the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th match minute, Deportivo Cuenca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Echart to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After having played for 53 minutes, Wes Hollandts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Cuenca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wes Hollandts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Galo in the 64th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by 顾迪斐 in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Ivan Navarro charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Navarro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Deportivo Cuenca booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Cuenca's 顾迪斐 got a free kick in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Deportivo Cuenca's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Heros Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes of play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Heros Viana was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deportivo Cuenca's Chatruc Berga was substituted for Flavio Echart. Deportivo Cuenca's 许永星 was substituted for Ataulfo Ordas. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Cuenca's Tobias Hedbom. But to his dismay, Tobias Hedbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When Deportivo Cuenca's Tobias Hedbom in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. Ximeno Olmos hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The Honduras players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
