Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Benarrivo in the 5th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Menendo. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Cristian Menendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Bernardo Benarrivo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Benarrivo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Bernardo Benarrivo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Benarrivo in the 24th minute of the match. Bernardo Benarrivo struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventus F.C.. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Bernardo Benarrivo put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Benarrivo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Benarrivo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 35th playminute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Juventus F.C.'s Bernardo Benarrivo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Benarrivo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Benarrivo made a kick off. Juventus F.C.'s Arnout Van den Wyngaert was substituted for Anfilogino Arpaia. Salvador Gisbert made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Juventus F.C.'s Valer Mavrodin. When Jose Correa fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jose Correa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, Bernardo Benarrivo made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. 88 minutes into the match, Bernardo Benarrivo notched a goal, 10-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernardo Benarrivo might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Benarrivo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute Bernardo Benarrivo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
