Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Montenegro in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Kielberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Diego Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Mancebo in the 48th minute of play forced Bearnaise EA's goalkeeper Roland Kielberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Roland Kielberg in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bearnaise EA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo-Erik Melin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roland Kielberg made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Kielberg having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roland Kielberg. That made the score 0-9 in the 83 minute of play. A collision led to Bearnaise EA getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Johannes Kruse hit a great ball. After 91 minutes of play Bearnaise EA's Ove Åberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Bearnaise EA's Ove Åberg got a free kick in the 91st minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
