When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Lagiewniki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Przemyslaw Lagiewniki came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CF Apaches's Przemyslaw Lagiewniki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save CF Apaches from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Cielencki in the 68th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Puzio in the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Kryspin Puzio made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslaw Cielencki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Cazalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Przemyslaw Lagiewniki having to interfere. Przemyslaw Lagiewniki came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Francisco Seco made a precise shot to the right of Przemyslaw Lagiewniki. CF Apaches's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 89th minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute, Klement Korytkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CF Apaches's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Francisco Seco scored to the left of an out of position Przemyslaw Lagiewniki, making the score, 1-3. Uruguay played a much better game than CF Apaches and deserved their victory. The CF Apaches players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
