An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 24th minute of play forced Ugonotti's goalkeeper Adriano De Carolis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ugonotti's Carolo Camaño. But to his dismay, Carolo Camaño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
