In the 11th minute, Ettore Varglien got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th minute Jeff Damen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Orlondon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 胡笑星 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Vedillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Miguel Orlondon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The audience was convinced that Jeff Damen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Orlondon was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. 胡笑星 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Corna in the 87th minute of play.
