Het Koffiehuis's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Golo Oolo in the 37th minute. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Altermundi FC! Ysmael Alemparte had in the 38thth minute some difficulties stopping Golo Oolo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Gabriele Koffidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Ysmael Alemparte made a huge save. Sem Barang charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sem Barang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Altermundi FC's Sem Barang got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes in the game Boris Becker did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bennvar Bøll. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabriele Koffidis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Altermundi FC defense, Golo Oolo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ysmael Alemparte. The Altermundi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ysmael Alemparte should have stopped the shot. In the 54th minute Golo Oolo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Alemparte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Disvandis Fabres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ysmael Alemparte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Koffidis in the 70th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Altermundi FC's Rogelio Luco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jiang Kun Liang. Jiang Kun Liang yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. 92 minutes into the game, Miren Parada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altermundi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Het Koffiehuis the free kick. A collision led to Altermundi FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Miren Parada hit a great ball. Ysmael Alemparte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golo Oolo, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Golo Oolo came free, but Ysmael Alemparte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
Het Koffiehuis's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
