Francisco Seco took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jayson Burnett. Jayson Burnett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Calvin Brand sent off a good shot on target. River tu grato nombre's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Calvin Brand in the 11th minute. A nice corner shot did that Calvin Brand got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joaquin Gayoso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Elvis Waller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. Kraig Rasmussen made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. In the 17th minute, Jaime Cazalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jayson Burnett was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvis Waller in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, River tu grato nombre's Benjamin Norton dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great ball. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 35th minute of play forced River tu grato nombre's goalkeeper Jayson Burnett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes River tu grato nombre got a freekick which was hit by Kraig Rasmussen. After a rather tough play, River tu grato nombre's Benjamin Norton got a free kick in the 37th minute. Jayson Burnett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Cazalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The long shot by Stacey Eason in the 45th minute really tested Joaquin Gayoso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

55 minutes into the match, Elvis Waller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elvis Waller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. A collision led to River tu grato nombre getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Walter Goodwin hit a great ball. Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 59th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for River tu grato nombre. Maximiliano Escribano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Jayson Burnett made a huge save. In the 68th minute of the match, Francisco Seco got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jayson Burnett was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 74 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Jayson Burnett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When River tu grato nombre's Elvis Waller in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jayson Burnett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Cazalla came free, but Jayson Burnett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvis Waller, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. River tu grato nombre's Jayson Burnett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Uruguay's Francisco Seco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jayson Burnett. Jayson Burnett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-3. 88 minutes into the game, Jaime Cazalla recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jayson Burnett. Jaime Cazalla showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-4. Maximiliano Escribano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Jayson Burnett made a huge save.
