After 17 minutes, Babür Mertoğlu made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celso Tavera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Modroñes getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. 尹伟城 hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Modroñes's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Celso Tavera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Tavera having to interfere. Serbülent Tokuş kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. A throw-in in the 69th minute of the game was made by Fortunato Taviel with 尹伟城 as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Celso Tavera made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Gugu Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Fortunato Taviel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Babür Mertoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Enric Patiño scored 5-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Modroñes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
