Thiago Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilias Peristeropoulos having to interfere. Diogenis Priovolos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Horácio Veiga made a huge save. A.A.100Qualidade's Horácio Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alekos Korakakis in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of ΠΑΟΚ FC booed when A.A.100Qualidade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno da Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anestis Kapataidakis's shot from long distance in the 15th minute was not bad at all, but A.A.100Qualidade's Horácio Veiga knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post.
