Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antônio Sergipano took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thomas Papagiotopoulos took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Barbosa. Pedro Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Pedro Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christos Banasas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bebeto Reis hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Aris Voutsas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Pedro Barbosa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aris Voutsas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 22nd playminute. When Antônio Sergipano came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Santos City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antônio Sergipano couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the game, Gláuber Félix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santos City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΠΑΟΚ FC the free kick. A collision led to Santos City getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Gláuber Félix hit a great ball. If Thomas Papagiotopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Barbosa made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Aris Voutsas sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, Santos City's goalkeeper Pedro Barbosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aris Voutsas. In the 43rd minute, Aris Voutsas made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Barbosa. Santos City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 47 minutes into the match, Aris Voutsas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Barbosa. Santos City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aris Voutsas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petros Giannakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedro Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aris Voutsas in the 55th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Petros Giannakis put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Barbosa. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Kostas Triantopoulos replaced Thomas Papagiotopoulos. Pedro Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aris Voutsas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When ΠΑΟΚ FC's Aris Voutsas in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santos City's goalie prevented a goal. Petros Kounadopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petros Kounadopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 74 played minutes ΠΑΟΚ FC got a freekick which was hit by Petros Kounadopoulos. Ivo Alves struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Makis Tselementes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santos City. When Petros Kounadopoulos was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. Santos City made a substitution. Carlos Eduardo Severo replaced Ivo Alves. A collision led to ΠΑΟΚ FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Petros Kounadopoulos hit a great ball. Pedro Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostas Triantopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Pedro Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Errikos Kalantzidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute, Vitório Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ΠΑΟΚ FC had played much better football throughout.
