Pontus Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Wnukowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Wnukowski came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Wnukowski in the 36th minute of play forced Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nicklas Matsson fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santa Margarita's protests and gave Nicklas Matsson a yellow card for diving instead. Nicklas Matsson kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Robert Wnukowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pontus Nordström was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The throw-in from Nicklas Matsson in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Radomiak Radom's Radoslaw Kalemba. Robert Wnukowski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 46th playminute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robert Wnukowski was the one to do the kick off. Hieronim Mentis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witomir Pisarczyk in the 52nd minute of play. Hieronim Mentis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Pisarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santa Margarita's Klaus Mohammadi was substituted for Gerardo Lordi. After 72 minutes, Mauro Icardi made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Radomiak Radom's Hieronim Mentis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 77 played minutes Santa Margarita got a freekick which was hit by Klaus Mohammadi. If Cristiano Mbappè had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Mbappè in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Radomiak Radom's Cristiano Mbappè nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pontus Nordström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Radomiak Radom's Xerardo Climent got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristiano Mbappè blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pontus Nordström having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Cristiano Mbappè had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pontus Nordström. Santa Margarita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Mbappè was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2.
