When Chivos de Punto Fijo's Cezary Makomaski in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Radomiak Radom's goalie prevented a goal. When Robert Wnukowski came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Radomiak Radom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Wnukowski couldn't finish the play. Robert Wnukowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dani Hernández. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Wnukowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Dani Hernández made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Robert Wnukowski sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Makomaski in the 14th minute of play forced Radomiak Radom's goalkeeper Hieronim Mentis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juraj Broz hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Cezary Makomaski struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Hieronim Mentis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chivos de Punto Fijo. In the 37th minute, Eurico Fernandez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dani Hernández made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Wnukowski in the 41st minute. Cezary Makomaski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dragoş Brădean hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see Chivos de Punto Fijo's Filip Bochinski in action when he in the 48th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robert Wnukowski was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Radomiak Radom's Hieronim Mentis got control of the ball when Cezary Makomaski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filip Bochinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Hieronim Mentis made a huge save. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Nilmar Marinho was substituted for Zhao Shu Cheng. Radomiak Radom's attentive Casper Rydelius managed to snatch the ball when Anders Ståhlman made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. Robert Wnukowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dani Hernández read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Chivos de Punto Fijo's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Wnukowski came free, but Dani Hernández reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radomiak Radom made a substitution. Cristiano Mbappè replaced Robert Wnukowski. In the 74th minute of the match Radomiak Radom got a corner. Chivos de Punto Fijo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Harry Maguire ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nilmar Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hieronim Mentis having to interfere. Radomiak Radom's Hieronim Mentis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilmar Marinho in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Radomiak Radom getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Casper Rydelius hit a great ball. Anders Ståhlman made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Radomiak Radom's Casper Rydelius. Radomiak Radom's Cristiano Mbappè got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eurico Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dani Hernández having to interfere. Hieronim Mentis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilmar Marinho in the 90th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nilmar Marinho in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hieronim Mentis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Casper Rydelius hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Hieronim Mentis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilmar Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Chivos de Punto Fijo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
