Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Saga TF's Erik Cantona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Trond Gilde came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Saga TF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trond Gilde couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute, Erik Cantona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brendan Leblanc was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Lundgren in the 10th minute of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Rickard Lundgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saga TF's Joachim Forseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armin Trabucco's late challenge caught a Saga TF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armin Trabucco helped the player get up and apologised. Armin Trabucco kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Rickard Lundgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Joachim Forseth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brendan Leblanc was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Erik Cantona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erik Cantona really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Joachim Forseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Lundgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32ndth minute of the game Rickard Lundgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saga TF's Joachim Forseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Lundgren came free, but Joachim Forseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Guo Ke Peng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joachim Forseth was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guo Ke Peng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th match minute, Saga TF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giannis Tsovolas to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Saga TF's Brendan Leblanc threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arne Botnen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guo Ke Peng was the one to do the kick off. Erik Cantona struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Brendan Leblanc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saga TF. Joachim Forseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Lundgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute, Arne Botnen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saga TF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Guo Ke Peng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Joachim Forseth made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickard Lundgren in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joachim Forseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Kingpins's Arrigo Tonon got a free kick in the 70th minute. Joachim Forseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Lundgren in the 72nd minute of play. The Saga TF fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Saga TF's Erik Cantona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
