An unexpectedly hard shot by Svetomir Maier in the 5th minute of play forced Radomiak Radom's goalkeeper Hieronim Mentis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Wnukowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lütfü Öktemer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Wnukowski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind MARAZZINO's goalkeeper Lütfü Öktemer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Radomiak Radom were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after MARAZZINO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Harry Maguire took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Harry Maguire got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lütfü Öktemer quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Radomiak Radom's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Svetomir Maier was slow to take the kick. During this time MARAZZINO's players had a chance to rest. MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hieronim Mentis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Răducanu in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudiu Răducanu in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hieronim Mentis saved Radomiak Radom from getting behind. Hieronim Mentis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Răducanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Wnukowski in the 38th minute of play forced MARAZZINO's goalkeeper Lütfü Öktemer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dacian Zburliş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hieronim Mentis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Răducanu in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of Radomiak Radom booed when MARAZZINO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ball Pitt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lütfü Öktemer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Wnukowski in the 44th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

51 minutes into the game, Robert Wnukowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Lütfü Öktemer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Svetomir Maier made a great header on MARAZZINO's corner, it was just that Radomiak Radom's Hieronim Mentis managed to reach the ball for a save. Hieronim Mentis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Răducanu in the 60th minute of play. MARAZZINO's Mustafa Anıl Öveç was substituted for Dacian Zburliş. MARAZZINO made a substitution. Darío Benedetto replaced Mieszko Pilsudski. In the 68th minute, Robert Wnukowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Radomiak Radom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 81 played minutes Radomiak Radom got a freekick which was hit by Dragoş Brădean. 82 minutes into the match, MARAZZINO's Svetomir Maier broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Radomiak Radom's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Darío Benedetto scored to the left of an out of position Hieronim Mentis, making the score, 2-1. In the 87th minute, MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. With a little luck, Radomiak Radom's Hieronim Mentis got control of the ball when Darío Benedetto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
