Luisão Simões made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Marco Dias sent off a good shot on target. When Marco Dias came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the ≮王者归来≯News at 11 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Dias couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG defense, Marco Dias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisão Simões. The TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisão Simões should have stopped the shot. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Glauco Abraão made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Marco Dias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Luisão Simões was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luisão Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Dias in the 59th minute of play. Paul Weller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Dias struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Luisão Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ≮王者归来≯News at 11. Elói Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ernani Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71stth minute of the game Marco Dias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Luisão Simões was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the game, ≮王者归来≯News at 11's Marco Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luisão Simões made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Mauro Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Vivaldo Pitta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vivaldo Pitta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 84 minutes of play, ≮王者归来≯News at 11's Cristian Schmidt made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisão Simões was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ≮王者归来≯News at 11 had played much better football throughout.
