The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelo Quijada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The tension between the Memphis Grizzlies and the GuateFortín players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, Memphis Grizzlies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Webb to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Memphis Grizzlies's zone, Marcelo Quijada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gez Winship came out of the goal and Marcelo Quijada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
