Jose Miguel Marin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Viana in the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Ruben Toledano got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Baiano came free, but Jose Miguel Marin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Mineiro took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Miguel Marin. Jose Miguel Marin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Marcelo Quijada kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Ernesto Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Mora went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. ITAFUT 4EVER's Ernesto Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Quijada in the 22nd minute of play. Marcelo Quijada took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Varela. Ernesto Varela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 25th minute Edgar Baiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Miguel Marin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léo Velasco hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. GuateFortín's Jose Miguel Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Viana in the 33rd minute of play. Gabriel Brizuela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ernesto Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orlando Mineiro made a kick off. Orlando Mineiro charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlando Mineiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Orlando Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Estevez Palmeira got free with Jose Miguel Marin in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. GuateFortín's Jose Miguel Marin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save GuateFortín from getting a goal against them. After 60 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Alvarez. Jose Miguel Marin made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Cléber Palmeira sent off a good shot on target. Léo Velasco hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when ITAFUT 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léo Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Mora in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Fidel Oporto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidney Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Jose Miguel Marin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cléber Palmeira in the 84th minute. With a little luck, GuateFortín's Jose Miguel Marin got control of the ball when Orlando Mineiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jose Miguel Marin was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Beto Viana capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Beto Viana really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Jose Miguel Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Baiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Oporto in the 93rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Fidel Oporto sped through ITAFUT 4EVER's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ernesto Varela. The GuateFortín players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
