Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Siro Salamon took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Leandro Cordarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Astrada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolfo Cordairo charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Cordairo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Rodolfo Cordairo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casimiro Astrada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eusebio Lehoi in the 7th minute. Florencio Paz's late challenge caught a Diego Eterno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florencio Paz helped the player get up and apologised. Florencio Paz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Eusebio Lehoi took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casimiro Astrada. Casimiro Astrada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Leandro Cordarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casimiro Astrada was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 28 minutes into the match, Diego Eterno's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Cordarin came free, but Casimiro Astrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Deportivo Balvanera booed when Diego Eterno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Enol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Paz hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Deportivo Balvanera's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Salamon came free, but Abel Neron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Cordarin had several of the Diego Eterno's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Casimiro Astrada as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 42nd minute, Leandro Cordarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casimiro Astrada was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Jose Aritza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute Leandro Cordarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Astrada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Cordarin made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Siro Salamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Neron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 54 minutes, Jose Aritza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Balvanera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Aritza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casimiro Astrada came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Balvanera's Eusebio Lehoi. But to his dismay, Eusebio Lehoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Balvanera's Teo Oinatz got a free kick in the 59th minute. Abel Neron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Gorka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Deportivo Balvanera's Eusebio Lehoi in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Diego Eterno's goalie prevented a goal. Casimiro Astrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Aritza in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Santiago Sosa notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Diego Eterno's Casimiro Astrada. Casimiro Astrada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Casimiro Astrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Aritza in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Leandro Cordarin made a precise shot to the right of Casimiro Astrada. Diego Eterno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After 81 minutes of play, Deportivo Balvanera's Jose Aritza made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Astrada was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Bonifacio Petrigai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deportivo Balvanera's Santiago Sosa got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Jose Aritza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casimiro Astrada. Diego Eterno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Aritza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Deportivo Balvanera walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
