In the 17th match minute, Diego Eterno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Cordero to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Diego Eterno's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Aritza came free, but Casimiro Astrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Deportivo Balvanera fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Deportivo Balvanera's Leandro Cordarin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Eusebio Lehoi took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Casimiro Astrada to make any attempt to save it. If Esteve Mirande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilberto Inautzi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the game, Jose Aritza lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Casimiro Astrada. If Gilberto Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Deportivo Balvanera's Leandro Cordarin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Casimiro Astrada. Casimiro Astrada yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Jose Aritza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Casimiro Astrada made a huge save. When Rene Restu came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Deportivo Balvanera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Restu couldn't finish the play. 92 minutes into the game, Jose Aritza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Casimiro Astrada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Deportivo Balvanera could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Diego Eterno throughout the match.
