One of Amboy FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO:s goal. Amboy FC's Severiano Santo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Amboy FC from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute Israel Montae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Esposito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Field got free with Severiano Santo in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santiago Gabirel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Preston Esposito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's Federico Lassiter got a free kick in the 27th minute. Preston Esposito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Montae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Israel Montae took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Preston Esposito. Preston Esposito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Santiago Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. After 40 minutes of play, Amboy FC's Israel Montae made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Preston Esposito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Israel Montae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santiago Gabirel was the one to do the kick off. Severiano Santo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Field, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute, Pascal Sheldon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santiago Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute.
