With a little luck, C. A. Potrero's Lucio Ur got control of the ball when Indiana Jones tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Mustafa Barış Yorangil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jyrki Sillanpää got free with Lucio Ur in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mustafa Barış Yorangil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Higinio Aguilera having to make a save. Higinio Aguilera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Barış Yorangil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Bernad in the 38th minute of play forced Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goalkeeper Higinio Aguilera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Mustafa Barış Yorangil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Higinio Aguilera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mustafa Barış Yorangil to make the kick off. Jyrki Sillanpää's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Ur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Demy Ottens was substituted for Jyrki Sillanpää. Los Hijos de Doña Beija made a substitution. Luís Fábio Rocha replaced Indiana Jones. A collision led to Los Hijos de Doña Beija getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Venancio Sandaili hit a great ball. Potrero's Baldomero Abad was substituted for Mariano Orlo. C. A. Potrero's Semih Kaya quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Demy Ottens, made in the 86th minute of the game. Higinio Aguilera made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Mateusz Marajda sent off a good shot on target. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Higinio Aguilera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Los Hijos de Doña Beija from getting a goal against them. Özgür Onur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Higinio Aguilera made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mateusz Marajda got free with Higinio Aguilera in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
