The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Sefer got free with Feliciano Quentin in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dibag Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Laurin in the 5th minute of play. Ahmet Sefer might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliciano Quentin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Sefer ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Tiburones Machos's zone, Ahmet Sefer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliciano Quentin came out of the goal and Ahmet Sefer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Sefer took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feliciano Quentin. Feliciano Quentin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Feliciano Quentin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 26th minute La Pantera Azulgrana were awarded a corner. Mati Suárez went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tiburones Machos's goalie and right to Denis Fidele. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tiburones Machos's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Bartlomiej Rybak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Sefer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Quentin having to interfere. After 33 played minutes La Pantera Azulgrana got a freekick which was hit by Rolands Schiavi. A throw-in in the 36th minute of the game was made by Placido Azevedo with Braulio Domenec as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 40 minutes, Jeremias Laurin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tiburones Machos and the La Pantera Azulgrana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Jeremias Laurin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, La Pantera Azulgrana's Mati Suárez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Feliciano Quentin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Pantera Azulgrana's goalkeeper Dibag Martinez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Tiburones Machos's Marko Hultin was substituted for Franciszek Lerych. The wind increased when Ahmet Sefer made the kick off in the second half. Feliciano Quentin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Sefer's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Sefer in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliciano Quentin saved Tiburones Machos from getting behind. Feliciano Quentin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Sefer went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the match, Tiburones Machos's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Sefer came free, but Feliciano Quentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburones Machos made a substitution. Rosendo Rios replaced Bartlomiej Rybak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mati Suárez in the 66th minute of play forced Tiburones Machos's goalkeeper Feliciano Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led La Pantera Azulgrana's Mati Suárez to fire away a dangerous shot which Feliciano Quentin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Romarinho Riquelme put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Feliciano Quentin. Felix Distiratsu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Ahmet Sefer managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Pantera Azulgrana's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Sefer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Quentin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the match, La Pantera Azulgrana's Ahmet Sefer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Feliciano Quentin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ahmet Sefer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliciano Quentin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of La Pantera Azulgrana booed when Tiburones Machos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Sefer in the 93rd minute of play forced Tiburones Machos's goalkeeper Feliciano Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
