In the 12th minute Sentimiento Auriazul were awarded a corner. Luisito Behe went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 16th minute Feng Bo Ling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihail Stroia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspurs's goalkeeper Damián Martínez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Fidanza. In the 20th minute Santos Gergori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damián Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match Tottenham Hotspurs got a corner. Sentimiento Auriazul's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eduardo Enol ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Eduardo Enol got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mihail Stroia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feng Bo Ling in the 27th minute of play forced Sentimiento Auriazul's goalkeeper Mihail Stroia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tottenham Hotspurs booed when Sentimiento Auriazul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Fidanza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Tolga Fidan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihail Stroia having to interfere. Damián Martínez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Fidanza, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46thth minute of the game Felix Johans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tottenham Hotspurs's Damián Martínez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Felix Johans made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, one of Sentimiento Auriazul:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 52 minutes, Tottenham Hotspurs's Eduardo Enol got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mihail Stroia. The supporters of Sentimiento Auriazul booed when Tottenham Hotspurs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sentimiento Auriazul's Mihail Stroia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Enol in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Eduardo Enol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tottenham Hotspurs's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Enol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihail Stroia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
