The audience thought a goal was coming when Özgür Onur got free with Aldo Beltxe in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl-Åke Sandwall kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Aldo Beltxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Barış Yorangil in the 28th minute of the match. C. A. Potrero's attentive Celestino Sidro managed to snatch the ball when Martin Bieito made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. Igor Jokin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Ur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Jokin's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The C. A. Potrero fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when C. A. Potrero's Mustafa Barış Yorangil looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Jokin was the one to do the kick off. C. A. Potrero's Mustafa Barış Yorangil got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Mónos got free with Lucio Ur in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Karl-Åke Sandwall in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C. A. Potrero's Raimundo Santos. Lázaro Cefero kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Marno F.C.'s Zeledon Valiente was substituted for Lázaro Cefero. Marno F.C.'s Doni Guedes was substituted for Igor Jokin. After a rather tough play, Marno F.C.'s Lázaro Cefero got a free kick in the 75th minute. Mustafa Barış Yorangil scored 2-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldo Beltxe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The attack was good, but when Zeledon Valiente in the 94th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Marno F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C. A. Potrero.
