In the 11th minute Lázaro Cefero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihail Stroia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Aldo Beltxe managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Sentimiento Auriazul's Felix Johans fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mihail Stroia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Mónos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Mihail Stroia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Mónos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lázaro Cefero kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Sentimiento Auriazul's Guillermo Dalmu got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 46 minutes Marno F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luisito Behe who took care of the corner kick. After the first half Marno F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Johans was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Marno F.C.'s zone, Fernando Fidanza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Beltxe came out of the goal and Fernando Fidanza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Sentimiento Auriazul's Mihail Stroia got control of the ball when Lázaro Cefero tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Sentimiento Auriazul's Felix Johans in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marno F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Santos Gergori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Aldo Beltxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Johans in the 60th minute of play forced Marno F.C.'s goalkeeper Aldo Beltxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Beltxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Fidanza in the 62nd minute of play. Pete Sutcliffe's late challenge caught a Sentimiento Auriazul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pete Sutcliffe helped the player get up and apologised. Pete Sutcliffe kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match.
