In the 15th minute Gordon Harkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's zone, Gordon Harkin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Cutberto came out of the goal and Gordon Harkin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Dave Signoretti hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gordon Harkin in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florencio Cutberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gordon Harkin made a kick off. Gordon Harkin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florencio Cutberto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Florencio Cutberto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Florencio Cutberto got control of the ball when Gordon Harkin tried to sneak it across the goal line.
