Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Miliano Sacristán got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Niceto Nafarroa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Mías Khalifa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 14th minute of play. When Abram Sarmiento got free in front of the goal in the 14th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Mías Khalifa was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 16th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mías Khalifa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miliano Sacristán recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sabri Ravelli was slow to take the kick. During this time Simbo FC's players had a chance to rest. Santino Seco tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Pedro Manzanares. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 21st minute. 26 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Mías Khalifa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mías Khalifa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Orlando Tafalla made in the 30th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Axel Montenegro immediately put the ball in play. Miliano Sacristán could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miliano Sacristán. In the 40th minute, Carlos Trinidad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Axel Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Simbo FC made a substitution. Tincho Palermo replaced Miliano Sacristán. The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mías Khalifa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 56th minute of play. In the 66th minute Honorato Bibiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Mías Khalifa in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kevin Mastache took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mías Khalifa. Mías Khalifa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Mías Khalifa made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Colombia's Joshua Garrido ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mías Khalifa. Mías Khalifa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abram Secada received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mías Khalifa came out and tried to block the shot, but Abram Secada slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 91st minute. Mías Khalifa came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Ignacio Mastache. But to his dismay, Ignacio Mastache quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. The Colombia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Colombia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
