An unexpectedly hard shot by Mostafa Muhammed in the 3rd minute of play forced Frinnaryd's goalkeeper Benigno Feo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chet Baker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Jan Fleszar made a huge save. MOEBIO's Jan Fleszar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save MOEBIO from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chet Baker in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Fleszar saved MOEBIO from getting behind. Jan Fleszar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egil Sjögren in the 16th minute of the match. Jan Fleszar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egil Sjögren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frinnaryd's Benigno Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mostafa Muhammed in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Egil Sjögren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan Fleszar. The goal made the score 1-0. With a little luck, MOEBIO's Jan Fleszar got control of the ball when Zoran Zorić tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Frinnaryd's Karl-Ove Rolfsson in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 30th minute of the match Cesar Dalmai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benigno Feo skillfully saved the ball. In the game's 30th minute MOEBIO's Cesar Dalmai took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Benigno Feo and thus the score was 1-1. 33 minutes into the game, Karl-Ove Rolfsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan Fleszar. Karl-Ove Rolfsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 38 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goalkeeper Jan Fleszar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Andersson. MOEBIO's Bernardino Urtats was substituted for Cesar Dalmai. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Tirso in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Feo saved Frinnaryd from getting behind. In the 44th match minute, Frinnaryd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Andersson to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Bernardino Urtats notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Frinnaryd's Benigno Feo. Benigno Feo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The audience was convinced that Karl-Ove Rolfsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Fleszar was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Ove Rolfsson couldn't finish the play. Frinnaryd's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
