Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Ramon Ignatius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. El ultimo were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celestino Nisio took the corner. The corner led El ultimo's Celestino Nisio to fire away a dangerous shot which Thiago Pliego despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the El ultimo defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vladimiro Socorro. The El ultimo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vladimiro Socorro should have stopped the shot. Vladimiro Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Mariano Lacasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimiro Socorro was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimiro Socorro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vasile Pisculescu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Thiago Pliego firmly grabbed it by the left post. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Ignatius in the 28th minute of the match. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Vasile Pisculescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimiro Socorro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Chile were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to El ultimo getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Talha Ekin hit a great ball. Vladimiro Socorro made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Vladimiro Socorro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mariano Lacasa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 54 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chile's Francisco Carballar got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 60th minute of play forced El ultimo's goalkeeper Vladimiro Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Ignatius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimiro Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariano Lacasa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vladimiro Socorro. That made the score 0-5 in the 67 minute of play. El ultimo made a substitution. Felipe Venceslas replaced Serafino Ignazio. In the 73rd minute, Bernabe Lucero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El ultimo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Francisco Carballar hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Ignatius in the 77th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Socorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Ignatius in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Vladimiro Socorro in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Socorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Pisculescu in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El ultimo.
