Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Henskens in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Loi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Tafalla. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Henskens in the 25th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Erasmo Loi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erasmo Loi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Carballar came free, but Erasmo Loi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Henskens in the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Loi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erasmo Loi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 41st minute of the match. The corner led Colombia's Orlando Tafalla to fire away a dangerous shot which Erasmo Loi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Erasmo Loi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 46th minute of the match. The supporters of Colombia booed when Apocalípticos & Caóticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Taurino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apocalípticos & Caóticos made a substitution. Fernando Gamus replaced Rodrigo Platon. A collision led to Apocalípticos & Caóticos getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Edelmiro Taurino hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Gamus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 54th minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Loi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 58th minute of play. When Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Fernando Gamus in 60 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Pedro Manzanares guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. A sloppy throw-in by Axel Montenegro in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Cosme Austin. In the 62nd minute Edelmiro Taurino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Erasmo Loi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Apocalípticos & Caóticos from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Erasmo Loi in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Erasmo Loi got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erasmo Loi made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 82nd minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Loi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute Cosme Austin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match, Axel Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erasmo Loi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 89th minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Loi was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Axel Montenegro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Axel Montenegro really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
