Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kazimierz Traczewski made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Baykan Erincer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baykan Erincer didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Kazimierz Traczewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baykan Erincer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joey Tribbiani hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Baykan Erincer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play forced DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's goalkeeper Baykan Erincer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kazimierz Traczewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Kazimierz Traczewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Baykan Erincer came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute, Kazimierz Traczewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Traczewski in the 66th minute of play. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Kazimierz Traczewski sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. 68 minutes into the game, Joey Tribbiani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Joey Tribbiani kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Kazimierz Traczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baykan Erincer. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rod West, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
