Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) FERRABARCA FC's Peruanton Tamayo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FERRABARCA FC's Leonardo Da Vinci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the FERRABARCA FC defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Da Vinci. The FERRABARCA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Da Vinci should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Felix Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Da Vinci was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 14th minute Peruanton Tamayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17thth minute of the game Peruanton Tamayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to FERRABARCA FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Flor Buscando hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Da Vinci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Da Vinci was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peruanton Tamayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute of the match FERRABARCA FC got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pan Qiang Ran ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in André Van Bever heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Leonardo Da Vinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peruanton Tamayo in the 38th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Da Vinci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Da Vinci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 59 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Da Vinci was left in no man's land by his defense there! FERRABARCA FC made a substitution. Hernán Restat replaced André Van Bever. FERRABARCA FC's Cornel Răducanu was substituted for Peruanton Tamayo. In the 65th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Felix Montes drilling the ball in to score 0-5 behind FERRABARCA FC's goalkeeper. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FERRABARCA FC's Leonardo Da Vinci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 71st minute of play. FERRABARCA FC's Leonardo Da Vinci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FERRABARCA FC from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute, Hustaz Gorostarzu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Leonardo Da Vinci skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 79 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Da Vinci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 82 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Jaunti Bonilla came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornel Răducanu in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. FERRABARCA FC's Leonardo Da Vinci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 92nd minute of play. Cornel Răducanu kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 95th minute. When Cornel Răducanu came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the FERRABARCA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornel Răducanu couldn't finish the play. The FERRABARCA FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
