Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. Doğaner Doğu had several of the Costa Rica's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 4 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Benito Sanz as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Léo Souto took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Cambotinha EC's Yan Santana got a free kick in the 11th minute. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Doğaner Doğu sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute, Cambotinha EC's Léo Souto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Douglas Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Léo Souto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 21st minute Lautaro Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes, Léo Souto made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Cambotinha EC booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28thth minute of the game Léo Souto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cambotinha EC's Léo Souto in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Léo Souto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Novaes in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léo Souto in the 40th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Falcão Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Léo Soutos short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Léo Souto was the one to do the kick off. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Souto in the 53rd minute of play. When Doğaner Doğu came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Cambotinha EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doğaner Doğu couldn't finish the play. Cambotinha EC's Léo Souto got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 7-0 became the score in the 60th minute when Falcão Novaes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 63 minutes, Falcão Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cambotinha EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Falcão Novaes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Cambotinha EC's Léo Souto. But to his dismay, Léo Souto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Azevedo having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Léo Souto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Léo Souto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léo Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Léo Souto scored 10-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 82 minutes, Lautaro Puig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Cambotinha EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. In the 85thth minute of the game Léo Souto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Léo Souto came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doğaner Doğu's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Falcão Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cambotinha EC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
