Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Harriet Basabe started the match with the kick off. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Conjunto Paisa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristian Sancho scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lev Yashin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Liu Ping during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Liu Ping hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lev Yashin. Lev Yashin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Angel in the 19th minute of play. Conjunto Paisa's Tomás Angel got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. Tomás Angel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Tomás Angel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ke Hui Kuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-3 became the score in the 53rd minute when Daniel Zorita elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Angel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Conjunto Paisa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Boris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Lev Yashin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Conjunto Paisa's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lev Yashin came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Angel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Lev Yashin in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lev Yashin was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. With a little luck, Conjunto Paisa's Lev Yashin got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Angel in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Angel in the 91st minute of the match. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
